Refund and Cancellation
Your cancellation and refund rights.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in Portugal, Decree-Law no. 24/2014). To exercise it, simply notify us of that decision by an unequivocal statement — for example, by email — within the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU (Annex I(B); in Portugal, Annex B of Decree-Law no. 24/2014), but doing so is not mandatory. The refund is made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Immediate access to digital content
By completing the purchase, you expressly request that the service begin immediately, during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after access has started, an amount proportional to the period already elapsed may be deducted. For digital content made available immediately with your express consent and your acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost, that right is extinguished as provided by law.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area, through the payment management portal, or by contacting us by email. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. To exercise the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days, contact us by email with an unequivocal statement of that intention.
Subscriptions and one-time passes
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time passes are single purchases granting access for a fixed period (30 or 365 days); they do not renew and create no recurring charges — when the period ends, access simply stops, with nothing to cancel. Withdrawal rules apply to both as described in the previous sections.
